Finally relaxing. My man made broccoli and fish for dinner. So even though i ate late it was a veru lite and healthy dinner. Didn't over stuff mysel I did hop on the scale when i came home but not gonna log it in. It showed that i lost a total of 14 pounds but that could me a pound more in the morning. Don't wanna be dissapointed. Hope y'all had a great day.
