I did it again today. I spent 1 hour in the gym after putting in 8 hours at work. Now I am tired and have a headache so off to bed for me. I think tomorrow I will let my muscles a chance to recover and then back at it on Friday.

To lose weight, the most important thing is to stick to your diet plans. The exercise will help long-term, but there's no point in pushing it too hard. It does help you firm up and lose inches, though.

Good for you getting in the time at the gym. Probably would be wise to listen to your body and give yourself a break for at least a day though.
