I've been fighting the flu all week and went into depressed mode. I didn't eat my feelings away but I didn't make the effort to record what I ate. I did very little exercise and found myself "longing" to:) I am still somewhat ill but I am back on the horse again and I want to step up the workout with weight training. Wish me luck...
