Good Evening Dear Diary, Well, No more Lying about how much weight I've gained over the last 8 Months. I've gone from 140 lbs in January 2015 to 181.8 lbs as of this day Monday August 31, 2015. I'm going back to my Low Carb eating. I do so much better using this approach. I'm also going back to my moto of THINKING THIN!!!! Also I need to drink a lot more WATER.
