162.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

You should weigh yourself on an empty stomach at dawn or after sunrise and at the same time. The weight fluctuates throughout the day and becomes constant at the peak of hunger
