oh the day has arrived ..i got to be good ..im at the dietition tomorrow ...mnmnmn can i undo a whole month of poor choices in one day of good eating ...err starving... only kidding it has actually been a good month wiith the help of this site

dietition trip went really well best tip i have is to replace margarine and butter with cheese spread of any kind philly or dairylea or cheap alternative ..this is all ive dont this month and other than that ive ate fairly normal ive lost 3 pounds so im happy tips for this month continue with the cheese as a spread,side salad twicw a week,soup once a week,gradually increase veggies,using smaller plate for evening meal new tips for this month ...continue as above and reduce my bread from 2 bread rolls at a meal to 1 and a half introduce more veggies in different ways eg puree,grated etc choose healthier options to hard cheese ..eg ham,jam,banana,cereals
