Well, the numbers look worse today, but let's consider what I did. I went down to Baltimore to see an Oriole's game and, as our tradition is, we went to Ruths Chris. I had the petite filet, broccoli au gratin, caeser salad and the chocolate sin cake (which is where I really went off). I didn't finish the au gratin, which I was proud of.

Also, I did not eat anything at the ballpark! So I ended up at 106% but with the extra walking around inner harbor I think I was still in the green. Sure, I had to estimate the numbers for some of the dishes so it could be high or low (but most likely not by much). Despite this, I feel like it was a win because I was able to eat a great meal and have a great time without going overboard.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
