Poohle Thanks for asking that question. I've been wondering what the ratios should be. I'm on a <50g Carb as well. It's worked for me so far. I've ost almost 45lbs since April 20th. Good luck girl!

It was...i been doing the same. But you know if it's the net carbs that count I'm gonna even gonna bother. That way if I'm really under 50 carbs I'm doing even better.

I do not go by grams - I look at the chart on the bottom of each food diary page to determine percentages since most people have different calorie needs. I shoot for 10% or less in carbs, no more than 25% proteins and 65% percent fat. They say one should not go over 30% protein or 10% carbs. Good Luck! Oh and I count TOTAL carbs although it is OK to subtract the fiber and count the NET carbs, You can change your food diary to show you either one.
