Well, the boys and I had a pretty rough week with my husband so we opted for Burger King tonight. NEVER a good idea diet wise...but yummy and no hassle. I had a small fry, jr. whopper no cheese and a spicy chicken. 3 months ago, I could almost eat double that. I did walk double what I normally walk though. Should I forgive myself?

My stress these days is sky-rocketing. I just pray it evens out soon. I know God only gives me what I can handle, but a stress free 2 hour block would be lovely. Or a day with 50/50 good stress/bad stress would be wonderful. All in due time I suppose...

The challenge that I created starts today. Pretty excited about that.

Forgive yourself. We all have our cheat days as long as the cheat days are here & there. Less here than there. Keep hanging in there. Things will get better.
