Bowled on Saturday and have been feeling the pain ... muscles there that haven't been used in awhile. In addition, I am still very out of sync with the game as it's been so long. Am signed up for 2 weekly leagues and, although bowling doesn't burn a million calories, I will be more mobile than normal by making this commitment to do this regularly. AND it will be fun! Gotta' practice some more this week and then I start next Tuesday night ... Bring it! :-)
