I was dreading this weigh in; although I tell others, "there is more to being a healthy weight than merely losing pounds" I like losing pounds and I knew that I felt heavier when doing pull-ups. But tonight I am happy to have dropped 3.7% fat and to see improvement in the fat around my organs (YEAH!). My BMI is up but I gained 2.3% of muscle(YEAH!)
