Good Moring Dear Diary. Today I'm weighing in at 182.2 lbs In 3 days I'm down 4.4 lbs. I'll take that :)
On Thursday August 19, 2015 I weighed in at 186.6 ls. I'm going back to my Low Carb eating. I know that I do so much better with controlling my weight when I eat this way.
I'll start journaling once a week. I know that really helps!!!
