Woo! this is the kind of progress that makes me do a little dance on my scale. I'm going on vacation tomorrow, but hopefully I can still be moderate and reasonable and not derail myself here. I will eat wedding cupcake, too!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
