@ewall212 I eat liver, need to get hearts and kidney from a butcher, I also drink bone broth and take psyllium husk once a day to make up for the lack of heart and kidney in my diet and if push comes to shove, I'll eat a cup of 100% bran cereal before bed. All in all, there isn't much to be constipated from, my body tends to use up most of the food and there isn't a whole lot left to get rid of.
