Ok, as you can see from my weight I have gone from 213 to back up to 220. Not pretty! Health problems combined with going off my diet plan has contributed to this result. So now it is back on the diet plan to get some better results. I would also like to increase my activity level so I am pllanning on increasing my activity a little bit each day. I hope that by doing this I will miminize the impact on my health problems. In addition I really need to check into this site and to participate in the journal entries and comments so o I might find the support that I am needing to help me moving forward. Just a little recommittment statement to get me going again. Jody
