Having a good day so far! I’ve drunk three 16-oz bottles of water (that’s all I’ll drink today). I’d like to stay below 1,700 calories all this week. Last week was 1,900+ (down from 2,200+ the week before). At BJ’s, I made a very good snacking decision today (and a pretty bad one). I got mini cucumbers! A good sized bowl of them (3 cukes) is only 21 calories. Eating one slice each time I go through the kitchen on my walking course. The not-so-good choice was a tub of … (anything that starts with “a tub of” has to be bad, right!) … Utz Pub Mix. One-half cup is 130 calories, I think. It’s not spectacular in flavor, so maybe I can limit to one serving a day (or NONE). My husband will like it because it has those dark brown bagel crisps in it!
