sorry I haven't been here lately but I have been sick and dealing with moving etc. I miss you y'all. Stay strong and safe

198.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb. Still to go: 78.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week
