Yesterday was a really tough day. I had sweet cravings like crazy but I didn't give in to them Plus, I was out of sweetener, so I couldn't whip something up. Still, no budging. That's a huge confidence boost, knowing I don't have to be a slave to my growling tummy!

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 August 2015:

Congratulations! If that helps, when I was going through the first two weeks and I was getting sweet cravings I would just go to the fridge and get out the butter and cut about 1/2 tbsp and eat it. and it would stop the craving. Or I'd eat a tsp of coconut oil with the same effect.
