I'm finding so far that on my 100 push-up challenge, my abs are suffering more than my arms. Today I had to stop at 7, not because my arms were too tired, but because my right abs were starting to strain too much. This is all liked to my terrible posture, which I've been meaning to improve since I was 12. However, it is hard to be a serial bookworm and not slouch. Maybe increasing my arm strength will help me hold my books at a better angle for my posture. :)
