Not down, but not up either, so I won't worry about it. I've just been so tired the last few days that it's difficult to take the extra effort to eat right and to track. I usually track as soon as I can after each meal, and the last couple days I've let it go until the next day and then tried to catch up. It works much better when I track my food as soon as possible so I have a better idea of how I'm doing. Of course, if I just eat healthy to begin with that's not such a problem!

Glad it's Friday, but I have to do another midnight shift Saturday night. Right now I feel like I'll spend most of the day Saturday sleeping and catching up on all the NFL preseason games I've recorded.
