Day 1 of what I hope to be a two day fast. I'm calling it a fast although I allow myself fluids - coffee with creamer, my green juice, now a glass of wine! lol... And probably 10 cups of water so far.
Did a good workout - the Piloxing one. I LOVE that workout. Good calorie burner, too. Kept busy all day to avoid thinking of food. Hungry off and on all day. Tomorrow should be easier. Well, I know I'll wake up feeling hungry. It really is a matter of waiting through the hunger - lasts maybe half an hour at a time, usually less. I just wish I could eat in moderation as "easily" as I can fast.
Been doing laundry most of the day, off and on. Did a big Costco trip, too. Funny how I can spend a couple of hours looking at food, shopping for food, putting away food and yet not eat any. But on a day when I'm not fasting - look out! lol... I'll probably end up burning close to 2900 calories today.
Oh, checked my stats on my Bodybugg site. Over the last 7 months I've averaged burning 2450 calories per day. My goal is 2500, so not too far off considering the length of time. Another goal is 7500 steps (knowing I SHOULD do 10,000, but I'm still somewhat of a realist) and I think it said I averaged 8,200 over those seven months. So I'm happy about this.
No big plans for the weekend. Hubby has to work on his car or I'll be without transportation next week, and that's never fun. That's all that's going on in my life at the moment. Sometimes you just have to be thankful for the "boredom"!
