after a weekend away I'm still surprised at this weigh in. it could be just all the salty food I was having over the weekend and the fact that I'm in tom.
still this was shocking an very alarming! so just confirms that I need to clean up my eating even more this week. I can see my body is not in its top form, but again, Tom does that. this week is about better (and less) eating and getting a bit of control hopefully. it's hard when having my parents staying with me as I can't eat my normal hours or eat just whatever I want. my control over my food scale is gone. so need to also just be a bit patient and aware of that.
