woah!!!!! eating out x3 meals on the weekend and only 3 days of exercise for the week does NOT a weightloss make!!!!!! have to be better disiplined this week, and were away for the weekend! can i do this?? watch this space! lol!

Well, you are on top of it so it will be a temporary problem at worst. Who said three days of week of exercise is not enough? Are you getting ready for the Olympics? ;-) Keep up the good work Diane!
