That's a really awesome start, good for you! Just remember to keep at it when the weight loss starts slacking off. It's hard to not want to check the scale every day (or every 10 minutes) but the less you weigh yourself as time goes on, the easier it will be to stick with your plan. The small ups and downs will bother you much less when you look at it a week or two at a time. It's a hard thing to do, though, and it's also some advice that I need to take for myself ;) Good Luck!
