FINALLY lost a pound. Good grief. I'm trying to do all I can to change things up so my body will want to lose again. I've been walking an hour in the morning and an hour at night (along with that DAMNED elliptical). I think I'm going to start going to a gym three nights a week and work on some machines and with some weights. I'm starting to see saggy skin and I need to get that toned before it get any worse.
