another kilo lighter. Doing daily 16-20 hour fasts. Lots of walking. One big healthy meal a day around 3pm- with salad, avocado, grated carrots, garlic, grated beetroot, red cabbage, fresh parsley, plus seeds (chia, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, sesame seed, black seed, cumin seed) and mix in some feta or cottage cheese, with lemon juice, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I Eat this with fish (Atlantic salmon). This one meal is around 900 calories.
Then for dinner a protein/collagen drink in the evening with organic cows milk. This is about 300 calories. Then only water and green tea to drink. Taking herbal tinctures and vitamins too to boost nutrition and immune system, antioxidants, herbs to regulate the nervous system band improve liver function. Getting 9 hours of sleep. Doing weights and squats workout at home in the morning. This seems to be working. Praise God 🙏
154.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
