I did not weigh today, constantly on mind. Have to break this weighing everyday habit NOW. Since joining FS on 6-27-15 this is the second time not on scale. I record 3x a week which worked for me with another program I tried. Being accountable and comfortable knowing weight fluctuates daily. Just my thoughts at the end of the day. Stay positive, smile.
