Ate well yesterday, low calories though. I still find it hard to get the protein and not overshoot the carbs. I think that's just a given issue with the diet. However the weight dropped. I think as long as I exercise (which I didn't, knee is on the out's still) I may end up maintaining lots of the weight as I displace fat with muscle.
