Well, I didn't drop any weight, but I did stay within my calorie recommendations. I'm below on average, but since I'm losing weight I'm not yet whining.
Today I have a three mile run planned, then a first birthday part for a grand nephew follow by a 20 mile bike ride. Hopefully the exercise will offset the birthday cake, ice-cream and other food.

I am very focused on this program using Younger Next Year to stay on track and to promote it to others. I did see the immersion workshops that last for a week but the $4800 price tag is out of my league.

I joined the REC at UNL and plan to exercise the recommended 6 days a week for an hour each day. In that time I've lifted weights one time. It was yesterday and I am feeling it today.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
