2 slices canadian bacon
Snack:
1 cup skim milk
SB oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
Lunch:
chicken salad
1/2 cup tomato soup
Snack:
Pear
Dinner:
vegetable and shrimp curry

today was a great day! staying focused! waiting for my new bikini in the mail.
