Another roller coaster ride and I am ready for the ride! I am graduating in December and want to be my ideal weight for my cap and gown photos. Two mile stones in one. I also can longer handle back pain and sleepless nights. Here we go!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
