Almost have my first week down going low carb. I have felt full for the most part. Still crave deserts and snacks but it is manageable.

My experience with low cab in the past was the first few days were the hardest. So you've likely made it past one of the difficult parts, getting used to the initial lower carbs and your body's immediate reaction to it. Nice job, keep it up!
