Since the last time I weighed in I was at an average of 134, but this morning my weigh in was 132.6. This is not good. I'm obviously not eating enough but what I eat fills me up...
132.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
