Ok, so I don't think 1200 calories is enough to keep up my milk supply, my baby is frustrated with me!!! So I need to stay at about 1500 now. I really need to stop being so lazy and get moving. I'm just tired and when my husband gets home I am addicted to a game on the Ipad....which I realize now if I have time to play that I have time to exercise!! Going to try a walk tonight!!

Hey Formy3kids! My lactation consultant suggested I consume a minimum of 1800 while breastfeeding, and that wasn't even counting exercising. If we burn 500-600 calories a day while breastfeeding you're still going to lose weight. I'm a calorie nazi too but I don't want to mess with my milk supply. Frustrated babies are no fun!!
