My summer schedule is so off. I go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning, get up around 12 or 1, I don't eat until 3 or 4, then I snack. We went grocery shopping and got yogurt, fruit, healthy snack stuff. Hopefully that will help in my not eating so much junk. Talk about frustrating. I should be so much closer to my goal weight than what I am. I need to get with it. I certainly can't blame the weather and boredom for my lack of exercise and eating. Well, okay, I can blame boredom but only because I choose to be bored. :(
