The stairmaster is still not my best friend. 😭 I was however, able to add two minutes to my time of 10 minutes from last time (my last post included 10 minutes of stairs and a few minutes of cool down). Slowly but surely, working my way towards my 30-45 minute goal. I’m hoping to get to 15 minutes at a time in the next two weeks and then 20 minutes by the end of August. If I survive, I’ll post an update here in a few weeks. 😊
