Took one of my tiny humans on a post dinner/pre bed walk tonight. It was supposed to be my work out but then she wanted to run too, but got distracted by the sea of grasshoppers in the field 😂 Not many calories were burned, but good memories were made ❤️

It's my experience that walks with toddlers are rarely good exercise for the adult, unless you end up carrying them. - from an experienced mom and gramma.
