I'm feeling much better today. My stomach is feeling better and overall I just feel more upbeat. I am tired today, but that's nothing new. :)
I worked late yesterday, but fortunately my hubby was cooking dinner and it was going to take a bit after I got home, so I did a quick workout. I was going to go for a walk, but some new shoes gave me a blister and after the workout I wimped out on the walk because my heel was sore. Hopefully I'll get off a little earlier so I can do a workout today too. I'm back to trying to eat better too and that will make me feel better too I'm sure.
Not much else new in my world today, just happy to be feeling better. :)
Have a great day!!

I'm happy you're feeling good again. So what foods did you have to kick out of your meal plan after finishing the elimination diet? I can eat anything and also I can mix any foods, eat them together, I'm lucky.

Snezica- it seems like most of the fruits and veggies I've tried have been okay, but if I eat regular bread my stomach gets upset and anything greasy gives me issues (go figure). I'm sticking to gluten free for the most part, but allowing in most fruits and veggies. I'm really wanting to go with less processed foods, but it's hard! Some of the processed snacks, cereals, etc., are just so much easier to grab when I'm in a hurry, but I guess if I'm not eating as much of it I'll be doing better.
