Well thank heavens for that.. apparently alot of that was just salty water from the rough weekend.. so that is a comfort. I keep telling myself that.. you know to keep me off of the ledge.. but you always have to worry "did I really gain 6 lbs in 2 weeks?" Anyway here I am feet firmly planted on the ground and no ledges in site. :)
218.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

dude the water weight is brutal. Now if only I would lose the fat as easily. :P

I hear ya! lol if I could lose the fat as fast as I can the water weight things would be a lot easier. lol.
