Gym after 3h sleep during a 30h shift (3rd 24h shulift in 5 days) No sweat ;) 10 days, 1kg, can it be done??? Cmon!!!!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
