I am proud of myself for sticking to it on this journey. I may have to take a break for a few days. My husband went to the doctor today and will be admitted to the hospital to have another specialist look at his foot to see if he can open up the circulation to his foot. He will be having to have at least one toe amputated that we are sure of. Not sure how I am going to react. I might lose my appetite or want to eat everything in sight. I do know I have enough to stress about already.
