I didn't do so good yesterday on my calories. Try to do better today. If only I could kick the mountain dew habit. I did push mow the lawn today, so did get some exercise. Takes about an hour to do. My son has a dentist appt. tom. so don't know how tom. will be.

mountain dew is poison!! Stay away from it! seriously...it's so bad for you and rots your teeth. Chew gum! Drink sugar free lemonade...If I don't buy it then I don't have it...good luck!

If you need a sweet tasting drink with no carbs or cal try Coke Zero. I'm not jokin it's so good. It taste just like reg Coke:) I'm addicted! I dnt know about you but I crave carbonated drinks and Coke Zero lets me get away with it:)
