Just started this app a few days ago. Have started working out 3x/ week a month ago. Started to seriously watch my calorie intake x4 days. We shall see how this “journey” goes.
I have a huge goal of losing 40 pounds to get back to my weight when 20 y/o. Goal is to lose 40lbs before 2024. So in 23 weeks or ~1.7 pounds per week. Ambitious i know but will get there.
Starting at ~# 190. (Was over 200 # last year). Goal # 150 by NYE 2023.
