well today is a momentous occasion!
one of my mini goals in this process was to lose 100 lbs when i started at the beginning of April
Today i eclipsed 100 and have lost 102 lbs!!!
Cheers to the future!! (zero cal iced tea, of course lol)

WOW - that is a monumental occasion!!! I hope you are doing something really nice for your self like buying a new shirt, getting a hair cut, SOMETHING!!! I used to buy my self - cut flowers, nail polish, little trinkets (not food rewards) for every 5 pounds I lost! made it fun :) The most I ever lost was 80 (and I am trying for that again) I needed a whole new wardrobe by the time was done - that was fun!!!

Yeah NONE of my clothes fit anymore! i have to pull out old boxes of highschool clothing! LOL... and yeah the non-food reward works great, i implement that as well. I went out and bought myself a video game cause i love to game when im not sleeping/exercising/working. i dont have cable so its an alternative but it is such a counter productive habit in terms of weight loss. thats one of the last addictions i have to conquer! smoking has nothing on video games! lol and the game was The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings in case you were wondering, and i KNOW you were lol!
