todays dinner was awful.. but I ate it.. I was just to lazy to try again.. I dont really get it.. it is something I make all the time. But the broccoli was mostly stems and way to fiberous. Todays lunch on the other hand was heaven. Now I am worried because that is what I was going to make for my dear husband.. but there is left over homemade pot pie. Which is pretty awesome. Right now he is putting our little girls big girl bed together. I think I over did it today with the trimming of the shrubs.. my back is kinda achy. I still rode my bike. I am going to try and read everyones journals.. there is no way I will be able to catch up so forgive me if I ask questions that have been addressed in previous journal entries. :)

Um yeah that snack of coconut pudding is freaking awesome! so good.. if you like coconut cream pie MAKE IT.. MAKE IT NOW!

I need vanilla pudding!!! Another thing to add to my grocery list. lol

get coconut extract too.. make the pudding according to package directions add 1 tsp of coconut extract and 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (the sweetened kind) then wait the painful 10 min for coconut cream pie flavored joy. Top with whip cream or whipped topping.. (dont forget to measure) and it is a tasty low calorie treat

ok.. so I clearly changed my snack.. ;P I had no vanilla pudding. I did not find this out till 830 ish pm.. and I was just at the store yesterday. :P
