Well, hello,
its been 2 and a half months.
I would drop into a shame spiral but I really did have an excuse: I have moved house and moved job and it was very difficult. Also my mobile has changed 3 times, so keeping the app close hasn't been easy.
But now: I feel I can get back on the horse again.
I have found a new local gym. I will count relentlessly again. But this time it WILL be more difficult, seeing as everything will be down to me. See before, I had people who cared properly about me nagging me about putting the snack down! Now it will be all on my head. Cooking properly for myself will also be hard - I can no longer afford ready counted meals all the time. This will make my counts a little harder but I will try my best. I do still know how much is too much.
