Wow - this is actually working, maybe a little too well. (200 calories every 2.5 hours x 6 meals) My cravings are becoming less, but it was a very busy week so no time to be bored and seek out food for comfort. I went shopping with this plan in mind and purchased nutritious low calorie items for snacks (like raisons, craisons, yougert, etc vs 100 calorie prepackaged processed foods). I have lost weight for the first time in 6 months and am excited and motivated, which is key. 5 lbs in 6 days!
