At my office, we all have a "coach", they draft our annual performance evaluation based on their input plus from other people I work for... WELL... my coach is a nightmare, and is the person who I spoke with HR about... so needless to say she's P****D off. So I hear at the meeting where they go through and make sure that all of the coaches are ranking consistently, she dragged my name through the mud. Ugh. Oh well, just a little damage control for the people who were at the meeting and I should be fine.
Anyways... I'm back to eating healthy again. I definitely need to make time to do some interval training... not sure if it'll be on the elliptical or treadmill, but both machines are downstairs, so we'll see what I pick when I get down there! :)
Lunch is over, so I'm back to work!
