Just bought pedometer and food dehydrator, lots of reading. Eight pages of instructions for pedometer, 2 feet-walk on screen and counting steps, doing what I need it to do for now. Food dehydrator I am thinking of sweet potato. Need to get walking and away from computer. Thanks for info and motivation. Have a good day.:)
