Oy, Not being able to exercise like I want is terrible. No more weights b/c of my back and shoulder. I'm now going to pilates 1x/wk but I need to get my cardio up. some weeks I only do cardio once or twice. This is so aweful.
I'm maintaining my weight which is good but I need to do better. I really need to get to 140, that's my goal and I know it would really help my back. Less weight on my trunk is crucial.
